One of the best route distance databases, http://am.n00b.hk/ is still updating: Update is in progress; 879 815 out of 2 047 761 route(s) from 1431 airport(s) completed.
However the process is slow, it site shows the up to date demands for the routes.
One other thing that once it finished calculating all the distances, there are already new airports to be added, because there are already 1518 of them.. =)
